Availability of Crew Sample Clauses

Availability of Crew. At loading and discharging port(s) if any time is lost by the vessel for reason of not all the crew being on board or for crew’s strike, the vessel shall be off-hire during such time and any / all claims, liabilities, damages, cost (including legal fees), fines and any and all direct consequences to be for vessel’s/Owners’ account.
