Common use of Availability of Common Shares Clause in Contracts

Availability of Common Shares. (a) If the Common Shares issuable and deliverable upon the exercise of Rights are listed on any national securities exchange, the Corporation shall use its reasonable best efforts to cause, from and after such time as the Rights become exercisable, all Common Shares reserved for issuance to be listed on such exchange upon official notice of issuance upon such exercise.
