Availability Limitation Sample Clauses

Availability Limitation. Until such time as the Borrower delivers a certificate pursuant to Section 5.01(c) of the Credit Agreement demonstrating compliance with Section 6.12 of the Credit Agreement (without giving effect to this First Amendment), Availability (as defined below) shall not be less than $200,000,000. “Availability” means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Commitments minus the Revolving Credit Exposure (calculated, with respect to any Defaulting Lender, as if such Defaulting Lender had funded its Applicable Percentage of all outstanding Borrowings).

Availability Limitation. The Software might not be available in all languages or to residents of all countries.
