Availability for Work. ‌ This Article applies to all employees except for Family Services Support Workers, Thompson MB whose provisions are contained in Appendix I. 11:01 There is no obligation for the Employer to offer work to an employee or for an employee to accept work that is offered. 11:02 An employee who has not worked for a period of forty-five (45) calendar days may be terminated at the sole discretion of the Employer.
