AVAILABILITY/CUTOFF HOURS. These Services are available for use only on Business Days, except during maintenance periods, or such other hours as established by us from time to time. Each Service may have cutoff hours as set forth in various User Materials. Cutoff hours may change from time to time, upon notice by us to you. In general, transactions initiated or instructions received after the established cutoff hour will be considered as having been made on our next Banking Day.
