AUX Clause Samples
The "AUX" clause typically serves as an auxiliary or supplementary provision within a contract, supporting the main terms and conditions. It may address additional requirements, clarifications, or procedures that are not covered in the primary clauses, such as specifying supporting documentation, outlining secondary obligations, or detailing ancillary processes. By including an AUX clause, the contract ensures that all necessary supplementary details are formally recognized, thereby enhancing the completeness and clarity of the agreement.
