Automatic Withdrawals Sample Clauses

Automatic Withdrawals. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Amendment, if the Committee determines that it is possible for the Company to pay the Executive all or any portion of the amounts credited to his Account at a time when he is still employed with the Company or any of its affiliates, without the amount so paid being nondeduct ible by reason of Section 162(m), then such amount shall be paid to the Executive.
