Automatic Termination of Collaboration Program. If Genzyme does not deliver an Option Exercise Notice with respect to a Collaboration Product prior to the expiration of the applicable Option Exercise Period, this Agreement shall automatically terminate with respect to the Collaboration Program that generated such Collaboration Product.
