Automatic Software Updates. We may from time to time develop patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications to improve the performance of the Product Software and related services (“Updates”). These may be automatically installed without providing any additional notice or receiving any additional consent. The Licensee consents to this automatic update. If Licensee does not want such Updates, the remedy is to stop using the Product Software. If Licensee does not cease using the Product Software, Licensee will receive Updates automatically. Licensee acknowledges that Licensee may be required to install Updates to use the Product Software and agrees to promptly install any Updates we provide. Licensee’s continued use of the Product Software is evidence of and conditional upon Licensee’s agreement to this ▇▇▇▇.
