Automatic Shipment Plan. the dates on which the vendor ships or electronically delivers materials specified in the customer's ordering profile. It is critical that all vendor shipments be uniquely identified, and that the identifier reflect the fiscal year and month of the shipment. No automatic shipments shall be made after the end of the fiscal year.
