Automatic Reporting Window. ENDORSEMENTS If this policy does not renew or terminates for any reason other than the non-payment of premium, then solely as respects the liability coverages, the named insured will be provided a period of sixty (60) days in which to give written notice to the underwriters of any claim first made against the insured during the policy period for wrongful acts first committed or a cyber incident first occurring after the retroactive date and prior to the end of the policy period.
