Automatic Renewals. Unless a member of the Post Group decides otherwise, and notifies the Executive of that decision in writing at least 180 days before an anniversary of the Start Date, the three (3) year term of this Agreement shall (subject to § 2.3 and § 3) renew on each successive anniversary of the Start Date so that the term of Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall never be less than two (2) years nor more than three (3) years.

Unless a member of the Post Group Board or Executive decides otherwise, and notifies the Executive other party of that decision in writing at least 180 days before an June 2, 2008 or any successive anniversary of the Start DateJune 2, 2008, the three (3) year term of this Agreement shall (subject to § 2.3 3.3, § 4 and § 36) renew on each successive anniversary of the Start Date which is on or after June 2, 2008 so that the term of Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall never be less than two (2) years nor more than three (3) years; provided, no automatic renewal under this § 3.2 shall extend the term of this Agreement beyond the date Executive reaches age 65.
