Common use of Automatic Renewals Clause in Contracts

Automatic Renewals. With respect to Maintenance Services, this Agreement will automatically renew for consecutive one (1) year terms, unless terminated earlier by either Party. Honeywell will provide Buyer with an annual renewal notification (“Renewal Notice”) at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the initial term or any renewal term. If Buyer fails to provide such notice, Honeywell will invoice Buyer and ▇▇▇▇▇’s subsequent payment or Honeywell's continued Maintenance Services will be deemed acceptance of the updated pricing and then-current Honeywell Building Solutions Terms and Conditions.
