Common use of Automatic Liquidation Clause in Contracts

Automatic Liquidation. Upon the occurrence of a Termination Event described in Sections 7.1(g) or 7.1(h), the Termination Date shall be deemed to have occurred automatically upon the occurrence of such Termination Event.
