Common use of Automatic Debit Clause in Contracts

Automatic Debit. The Borrower has elected to authorize the Lender to effect payment of sums due under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents by means of debiting the Borrower’s account number 4124657128. This authorization shall not affect the obligation of the Borrower to pay such sums when due, without notice, if there are insufficient funds in such account to make such payment in full on the due date thereof, or if the Lender fails to debit the account. Without limiting the foregoing, the Borrower has authorized the Lender to effect payment of sums due under this Agreement in connection with the Revolving Credit Facility Loans in accordance with the Autoborrow Service Agreement.
