Automatic Amendment. Upon the Trustee ceasing to be a trustee of the Trust, this Agreement will be deemed to be automatically amended to delete any reference to the name of such trustee so ceasing to be a trustee of the Trust and to substitute therefor the name of the successor trustee of the Trust. Notice of any change in the Trustee shall be endorsed upon or attached to this Agreement, signed by the successor Trustee and every such notice shall be sufficient evidence to any Person dealing with the Trustee under this Agreement as to the facts to which it relates.
