Common use of Automatic Amendment Clause in Contracts

Automatic Amendment. Upon the effective date of any amendment to HIPAA, the Privacy Rule or the Security Rule promulgated by HHS with regard to PHI, this Agreement shall automatically amend so that the obligations imposed on Business Associate remain in compliance with such regulations

Automatic Amendment. Upon the effective date of any amendment to HIPAA, the Privacy Rule or the Security Rule promulgated by HHS with regard to PHIPHI or ePHI or any other federal or Wisconsin law or regulation impacting the subject matter of this agreement, this Agreement shall automatically amend so that the obligations imposed on Business Associate remain in compliance with such regulations.

Automatic Amendment. Upon the effective date of any amendment to HIPAA, the Privacy Rule or the Security Rule promulgated by HHS with regard to PHI, this Agreement shall BAA will automatically amend so that the obligations imposed on Business Associate remain in compliance with such regulations.

The Business Associate remain in agrees to maintain compliance with such regulationsall changes or modifications to applicable state or federal law.
