Automatic Acceleration in Certain Events. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default with respect to the Borrower specified in clauses (g) or (h) of Section 7.01 of the Credit Agreement, all Guaranteed Obligations shall automatically become due and payable, without presentment, demand, protest or other notice of any kind, all of which are hereby waived by each Subsidiary Guarantor.
