Automatic Acceleration in Certain Circumstances. If an Event of Default set forth in Section 8.01(A)(x) or 8.01(A)(xi) occurs with respect to the Company (and not solely with respect to a Significant Subsidiary of the Company), then an amount equal to the Acceleration Amount will immediately become due and payable without any further action or notice by any Person.
