Automated External Defibrillators Sample Clauses

Automated External Defibrillators. (“AED”). Charter School shall revise6 its Petition to specify that the Charter School shall maintain Automated External Defibrillators (“AED”) on Charter School premises and shall train Charter School personnel on the use of AEDs.
Automated External Defibrillators. The District will communicate the location of permanently stationed AED’s district wide to bargaining unit members trained and certified in AED operation. The District will be responsible for scheduling of AED certified individuals at District events requiring attendance of such certified personnel. The District will indemnify, save harmless, and defend its employees from claims, suits, actions, and legal proceedings brought by third parties against any employee in his or her capacity when using CPR or AED, provided the employee has successfully completed District sponsored or District approved training in the use of CPR and AED, and has maintained such certification through the American Red Cross, The American Heart Association or other District-designated organizations. Such employee protection as referenced above shall be the same protections as are afforded under Education Law 3023 and 3811 whether or not such laws actually apply to employees utilizing AED or CPR, provided that the employee is acting within the scope of his or her employment or the employee acts voluntarily at a school sponsored event or activity.
Automated External Defibrillators. The Concessionaire shall provide at least one automated external defibrillator at each Primary Service Facility and one at each C-Store for emergency use.
Automated External Defibrillators. The Parties shall comply with the Illinois Physical Fitness Facility Medical Emergency Preparedness Act (210 ILCS 74/1 et seq.) and any other applicable laws.

  • Disturbance Analysis Data Exchange The Parties will cooperate with one another and the NYISO in the analysis of disturbances to either the Large Generating Facility or the New York State Transmission System by gathering and providing access to any information relating to any disturbance, including information from disturbance recording equipment, protective relay targets, breaker operations and sequence of events records, and any disturbance information required by Good Utility Practice.

Data displayed by any External Service, including but not limited to financial, and location information, is for general informational purposes only and is not guaranteed by NCR Voyix or its agents. You will not use the External Services in any manner that is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree not to use the External Services to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten or defame any person or entity, and that NCR Voyix is not responsible for any such use. External Services may not be available in all languages or in your home country and may not be appropriate or available for use in any particular location. To the extent you choose to use such External Services, you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws. NCR Voyix reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, disable or impose access restrictions or limits on any External Services at any time without notice or liability to you.
