AUTOMATED DRIVER LICENSE TESTING SYSTEM. The Third Party Administrator must use the Department's Automated Driver License Testing System for all Class E Driving Skills Exams. No other system or examination questions may be used. In the event that the Department obtains a new examination system, the Third Party Administrator agrees to use the new examination system within 90 days of availability.
