Common use of Authorship Clause in Contracts

Authorship. 11.01 When an employee acts as a sole or joint author of a publication or a computer program, the employee’s authorship shall normally be shown in the title page of such publication or program. 11.02 Where NAV CANADA wishes to make changes in material submitted for publication with which the author does not agree, the author may request that he or she not be credited publicly.
