Authorizing Administrative Leave. The amount of administrative leave granted may vary from employee to employee depending on the circumstances. Under no circumstances will employees in travel status and unaffected by the emergency/inclement weather and employees in a non-pay status (LWOP or suspension) be “entitled” to administrative leave or “in-lieu-of” time off. If hazardous or inclement weather or other emergency situation warrants closure, delayed opening, or early dismissal, the Variable Week Schedule remains in effect.
