Please Type or Print Please provide a listing of Fund officers or other individuals who will be CALLED BACK to verify the initiation of repetitive wires of $10 million or more and all non-repetitive wire instructions: ADDENDUM to that certain Master Custodian Agreement dated as of July 1, 2009 (the “Custodian Agreement”) by and among each management investment company identified on Appendix A thereto or made subject thereto pursuant to Section 19.5 thereof (each, a “Customer”) and State Street Bank and Trust Company, including its subsidiaries and affiliates (“State Street”). State Street has developed and/or utilizes proprietary or third-party accounting and other systems in conjunction with the services that State Street provides to the Customer. In this regard, State Street maintains certain information in databases under its ownership and/or control that it makes available to its customers (the “Remote Access Services”).
