Authorized Request Sample Clauses

An Authorized Request clause defines the conditions under which a party may formally request information, action, or access from the other party within the scope of an agreement. Typically, it specifies who is permitted to make such requests, the format or process required (such as written notice or use of designated contacts), and any limitations or requirements for the request to be considered valid.
