Common use of Authorized Purpose Clause in Contracts

Authorized Purpose. The Receiving Party acknowledges that all Parties have disclosed Confidential Information to the Receiving Party solely in connection with assisting, advising and/or providing feedback to the Procurement (the “Authorized Purpose”). The Receiving Party may use the Confidential Information solely in connection with the Authorized Purpose and for no other purpose. The Receiving Party acknowledges and agrees that unauthorized dealings with the Confidential Information would be detrimental to the interests, business and affairs of any of the Parties (or third parties with respect to third party information), including the integrity of the Procurement.
