AUTHORIZED PURCHASERS. The State, as referred to herein, enters into this State Contract Agreement for the benefit of all state agencies, boards, commissions, departments, institutions, counties, municipalities, school districts and other political subdivisions of the State of Mississippi. These entities are authorized to purchase from this Contract in accordance with Miss. Code Xxx. §§ 31-7-1, et seq., and the Mississippi Procurement Manual. Purchase Orders prepared by these authorized purchasers shall include this State Contract Agreement Number referenced above.
AUTHORIZED PURCHASERS. Authorized Purchasers may be added online by the Main Technology Contact and/or Institutional Administrators via xxxxx.xxxx.xxx, or by OETC staff as directed by the employees of the Member. Member agrees that OETC may treat any order placed using the Authorized Purchaser’s password as valid purchaser request. Any order placed through the OETC web store is the equivalent of the Authorized Purchaser’s signed Purchase Order. Password and account security is the responsibility of the Member and its Authorized Purchasers. Authorized Purchase accounts may be created by the Member through OETC’s online store at xxxxx.xxxx.xxx. These Authorized Purchaser accounts are the responsibility of the Member.
AUTHORIZED PURCHASERS. User accounts for xxxxx.xxxx.xxx. Authorized Purchasers may purchase products on xxxxx.xxxx.xxx, which acts as the same as a delivered Purchase Order.

AUTHORIZED PURCHASERS. Motorola authorizes its Affiliates to submit and enter into purchase orders with Freescale under the terms of this Agreement without any further authorization from Motorola. Purchases by these parties will be credited against Purchase Commitments in this Agreement. “Affiliates” means corporations or other entities controlled by, or under the common control of a party. A corporation or other entity is controlled by a party if more than 50% of the voting stock or other ownership interest of the corporation or entity is owned by such party. For the purposes of this Agreement, Freescale will not be considered an Affiliate of Motorola.
AUTHORIZED PURCHASERS. To simplify administration of purchases by Affiliates and Authorized Purchasers, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, each Affiliate or Authorized Purchaser may enter into a separate contract with Seller consistent with Seller's obligations to provide to such Affiliate or Authorized Purchaser identical pricing and substantially and materially the same terms and conditions provided to Buyer herein
AUTHORIZED PURCHASERS. Debtor agrees that Creditor may rely upon all reasonable representations of persons representing themselves to be Debtor’s authorized agents with authority to make purchases against the Account unless Debtor provides Creditor with an authorized list of purchasers in writing. Purchases and/or deliveries under the Account are authorized to be made without signature.
AUTHORIZED PURCHASERS. Unless you notify us in writing to the contrary prior to making a purchase, you hereby represent and warrant that any employee or agent action on your behalf shall be deemed to be authorized by you and Seller may rely upon such representation, unless the written notice referred to herein is provided by you prior to making such purchase.
AUTHORIZED PURCHASERS. Authorized Purchasers eligible to use this Agreement include: OREGON STATE AGENCIES. Oregon state agencies, departments, offices, divisions, boards, and commission; and any the following institutions of higher education in the State of Oregon: state universities, regional universities, state college, community colleges, and technical colleges.
AUTHORIZED PURCHASERS. Persons authorized to purchase under the account are those listed by you on the Application and those who reasonably represent to us that they have such authorization.
