AUTHORIZED OCCUPANTS. Only Authorized Occupants listed on this Agreement may occupy the premises. Additional occupants must be approved in writing by management in advance and are subject to full screening and qualification procedures. Resident also may not assign the lease or sublease the dwelling unit.
