AUTHORIZED OCCUPANTS. The Resident is the only authorized occupant of the Unit under this Agreement. The Resident shall not assign, sublet or otherwise dispose of or in any way part with the possession of or grant any licence to use the Unit in the Premises; and the Resident shall not permit any person to remain in the Premises as an overnight guest without the prior approval of the Operator.
