AUTHORIZED FACILITIES. The personnel and facilities authorized to perform service under this Contract are the stores that are owned and operated by Fry’s or a Fry’s authorized third party service provider. The Buyer may obtain updated information on the locations and business hours of service facilities by calling the nearest Fry’s Electronics store.
