Authorized Execution. 23.1 Licensee represents and warrants that the person(s) executing the Agreement are duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of Licensee. 23.2 Licensor represents and warrants that the person(s) executing the Agreement are duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of Licensor. 23.3 The signatures of the authorized representative of Licensor, and Licensee shall constitute Licensor and Licensee’s acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
