Common use of Authorized Attendance Clause in Contracts

Authorized Attendance. The General Partner shall have the right to authorize the presence of any Persons, in addition to proxies, who are not Partners, at any meeting of the Partners. Any proxy and, with the approval of the General Partner, any other person shall be entitled to address the meeting.
