Common use of Authorized Assignment Clause in Contracts

Authorized Assignment. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that no authorized assignment by ▇▇▇▇▇ to an assignee approved by BIM, shall take effect unless and until the proposed assignee enters into an agreement with BIM whereby the assignee covenants to perform all of the obligations of ▇▇▇▇▇ under this Agreement.
