Common use of Authorized Amount of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Authorized Amount of Bonds. No Bonds may be issued under the provisions of this Indenture except in accordance with this Article. The total aggregate principal amount of the Bonds that may be issued hereunder and at any time Outstanding is hereby expressly limited to $7,700,000.
