Authorizations for repatriations. The Republic of Suriname hereby represents and warrants that Surgold will receive all such specific permits from the competent governmental officials, or agencies having jurisdiction over the subject matter described in Chapter 13 hereof, as are necessary to give effect to these matters, without prejudice to the obligation of Surgold to follow the administrative procedures in respect thereof.
