Authorization to Use Sub-Processors. Client agrees that Ethico shall be authorized to use third- parties to process Personal Data (“Sub-Processors”) in the performance of this Agreement. Ethico agrees that it shall only use Sub-Processors who agree to abide by the same or similar data privacy provisions in this Agreement when processing Personal Data on behalf of Client.
