The Trustee is authorized to receive any funds for the benefit of Holders distributed under the Security Documents and Collateral Trust Agreement or the Intercreditor Agreement, to apply such funds as provided in this Indenture and to make further distributions of such funds in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.066.10.
