AUTHORIZATION FOR REPAIRS. No Renter (Member) may authorize expenditures or otherwise incur financial obligations in the name of Richmor Aviation except as on a case-by-case basis with approval from the Director of Flight Training and Richmor Aviation’s Director of Maintenance. Any repair not preauthorized by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Aviation and which incurs expenses exceeding two hundred ($200.00) dollars shall be the personal financial responsibility of the Renter (Member) authorizing the expense.
