Common use of AUTHORIZATION CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

AUTHORIZATION CLAUSE. By acceptance of this Policy, all Insureds agree that the Named Insured shall act on their behalves with respect to the giving or receiving of any notice provided for in this Policy, the payment of premiums and the receiving of return premiums and the negotiation and acceptance of any endors ement.
