Each of the Class AA Trustee, the Class A Trustee and the Class B Trustee hereby designates and appoints the Subordination Agent as the agent and trustee of such Trustee under the applicable Liquidity Facility (if any) and authorizes the Subordination Agent to enter into the applicable Liquidity Facility, as agent and trustee for such Trustee.
