Authoritys Rights and Obligations. The primary obligations of the Authority is to achieve the minimum performance standards set out in this contract, on water sales, non-revenue water, collection efficiency, Water Quality Compliance and a minimum satisfactory score/grade on each technical inspection carried out by the ministry. The Key Performance Indicators (KPI‟s) are outlined in the Third Schedule of this contract.
Authoritys Rights and Obligations. The Authority may not assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Owner, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.
