Common use of Authority to Execute Documents Clause in Contracts

Authority to Execute Documents. The Owner Participant ------------------------------ hereby authorizes and directs the Owner Trustee (i) to execute and deliver the Participation Agreement, the Lease, the Lease Supplement covering the Aircraft, the Indenture, the Indenture Supplement covering the Aircraft, the Equipment Notes and any other agreements, instruments or documents, to which the Owner Trustee is a party in the respective forms thereof in which delivered from time to time by the Owner Participant to the Owner Trustee for execution and delivery and (ii) subject to the terms hereof, to exercise its rights (upon instructions received from the Owner Participant) and perform its duties under the documents referred to in this Section in accordance with the terms thereof.

Authority to Execute Documents. The Owner Participant ------------------------------ hereby authorizes and directs the Owner Trustee to do the following, and the Owner Trustee agrees for the benefit of the Owner Participant that it will do the following (i) to execute and deliver the Participation Agreement, the Lease, the Lease Supplement covering the Aircraft, the IndenturePurchase Agreement Assignment, the Indenture Supplement covering the AircraftEngine Warranty Assignment, the Equipment Notes and any other agreements, instruments or documents, to which the Owner Trustee is a party in the respective forms thereof in which delivered from time to time by the Owner Participant to the Owner Trustee for execution and delivery and (ii) subject to the terms hereof, to exercise its rights (upon instructions received from the Owner Participant) and perform its duties under the documents referred to in this Section in accordance with the terms thereof.
