Common use of Authority Responses Clause in Contracts

Authority Responses. 3.4.1 Unless otherwise expressly specified in this Contract or agreed between the Parties, where the Authority is required to respond in writing to the Contractor on any matter, the Authority shall use reasonable endeavours to do so within thirty (30) Calendar Days of receipt of such a request.
