Common use of Authority Representations Clause in Contracts

Authority Representations. The Contractor shall have due and proper regard of any representations made by the Authority or the Independent Certifier regarding the condition of a New Facility and whether the Services Availability Requirements have been met in relation to the New Facility in respect of which a Certificate of Service Availability is proposed to be issued by the Contractor and any defects or items to be included on a Snagging List.

The Contractor shall have due and proper regard of any representations made by the Authority or the Independent Certifier Technical Adviser regarding the condition of a New Facility and whether the Services Availability Requirements have been met in relation to the New Facility School in respect of which a Certificate of Service Availability is proposed to be issued by the Contractor and any defects or items to be included on a Snagging List.
