Common use of Authority of the Representatives Clause in Contracts

Authority of the Representatives. Any action by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC shall be binding upon the Underwriters.

LLC and UBS Securities (USA) LLC on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by Credit Suisse Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Co. LLC and UBS Securities (USA) LLC shall be binding upon the Underwriters.

Any action by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by Deutsche Banks Securities Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by Deutsche Banks Securities Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC shall be binding upon the Underwriters.

Authority of the Representatives. Any action by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC the Representatives on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by Credit Suisse the Representatives shall be binding upon the Underwriters. Any action by Banc of America Securities (USA) LLC in the case of those matters as to which it has sole authority may be taken by it on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by it on such matters shall be binding upon the Underwriters.

Authority of the Representatives. Any action by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC the Representatives on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by the Representatives shall be binding upon the Underwriters. Any action taken by X.X. Xxxxxx Securities Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC shall be binding upon deemed to be an action taken by the UnderwritersRepresentatives for purposes of this Agreement.

Any action by the Underwriters hereunder may be taken by Barclays Capital Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. on behalf of the Underwriters, and any such action taken by Barclays Capital Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. shall be binding upon the Underwriters.
