AUTHORITY OF PARTIES. If a party to this Lease is a corporation or partnership, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation or partnership, in accordance with a duly adopted resolution or other document, and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation or partnership, as appropriate in accordance with its terms. The individuals signing on behalf of a corporate entity are executing this Lease in their respective corporate capacities and there shall be no individual liability imposed upon such signatories in such case.
