Authority, Mortgage Lender and Servicer to Cooperate; Release of Mortgage Files. From time to time and as appropriate for the servicing or foreclosure of any Mortgage Loans, the Authority, the Mortgage Lender and the Servicer hereby agree to take such actions as required by the GNMA Guide and FHA or VA or USDA Rural Development or by the Xxxxxxx Mac Guide or the Xxxxxx Mae Guide and the PMI Insurer, as applicable.
