Florida Administrative Code 6A-1.012 (11) (a) THIS AGREEMENT, effective this 1st day of July 2022, by and between The Florida Department of Health, Brevard County, (hereinafter referred to as “PROVIDER”), and the School Board of Brevard County, Viera, Florida, as the governmental agency with jurisdiction over all DISTRICT SCHOOLS, (hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT”).
