Authority commitments. 2.1 Unless otherwise set out in the Commercial Schedule, the Supplier acknowledges that: 2.1.1 there is no obligation on the Authority or on any other Participating Authority to purchase any Goods from the Supplier during the Term; the total quantities or value of the Goods to be ordered by them pursuant to this Framework Agreement and the Supplier acknowledges and agrees that it has not entered into this Framework Agreement on the basis of any such undertaking, statement, promise or representation;
