Common use of Authority and Compliance Clause in Contracts

Authority and Compliance. a. Subscriber warrants that it has the authority to enter into this Agreement including all the terms and conditions hereof. Subscriber agrees to ensure that End Users accept and comply with the end user agreement incorporated within IdeaLink, and to be responsible for any failure of an End User to comply with the terms and conditions of the License herein and this Agreement.
